CANCELLATIONS
Any cancellation has to be made within 12 hours following payment. An administrative and transaction fee of S$50 will be incurred. Please contact us at team@growbiggrowhome.com
NO RETURN/EXCHANGE
There will be no return for orders that have been shipped out. Any product or part thereof with functionality defects will be replaced if reported to us within 7 days of delivery.
Only inherent functionality defects are covered. Aesthetic defects and damage due to misuse are not covered. To report any functionality defect, contact us at team@growbiggrowhome.com
After 7 days, certain products are covered by their respective warranty periods and conditions (if applicable). Please refer to the respective product pages for more information.
TAX OR CHARGE INCURRED FOR OVERSEAS ORDERS
For orders outside Singapore, your local customs office may impose a tax or charge on the order. Please note that any tax or charge incurred outside of Singapore shall be paid by you to your local customs office.
If your shipping address is in a remote area, the delivery company at your order destination may charge an extra fee for the final delivery. In this case, please kindly pay the carrier company the required fee to receive your order.
Should you choose not to pay the tax imposed by your local customs office, or any remote delivery charge, there will not be any refund. Please check with your local customs office before ordering if you are unsure about their charges.
HOW TO REPORT A DEFECTIVE ITEM?
We strive to deliver the best quality products to our customers. However, there are possible factors that may negatively affect the quality - for example during the shipping process where products may be damaged while in transit.
Please email to team@growbiggrowhome.com with your order number, name, address and details of the defect or damage with clear photos, within 7 days of receiving the item. Once we have verified the defect or damage, you will be sent a replacement part.
Please note that only inherent functionality defects will be addressed. Aesthetic defects and damage due to misuse are not covered.
